The Luxury Edit Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter is Primesight Ltd (company no. 01847728) whose registered office is at The Met Building, 22 Percy Street, London W1T 2BU. 

Entry is only open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over who work at partner companies of Primesight, including media and creative agencies and outdoor advertising specialists. The competition is not open to members of the public, nor employees (and their families) of Primesight, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or with helping to set up the competition. 

The Competition will open on Thursday 9th May 2019 and close on Friday 17th May 2019 at 5.30pm. The winner will be notified w/c 20th May 2019.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 

Only one entry per person. Should an entrant attempt to enter multiple guesses, only the first entry submitted will be accepted. 

In order to enter the competition entrants must complete the online form provided via Typeform, providing their details. 

The prize is as follows:

  •  A two week campaign across The Luxury Edit network of screens in Kensington & Chelsea over a two-week period in May/June 2019 (subject to availability). This campaign will run at 30% share of time on these screens. The approximate value of this campaign is £30,000.

First prize will be awarded to the best and most appropriate answer as decided by Primesight's internal panel of judges.

Entries will not be accepted via any other channel or medium, or from contact details which are not with an affiliated partner or client.

Winner(s) will be notified using the information provided by the entrant(s). Following such notification, the winner will be required to cooperate fully. 

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant(s). This includes difficulty in the winner collecting their prize within a reasonable time frame.

Failure to respond and/or provide contact details and advertising information, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. 

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter. 

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. 

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

Entrants agree to participate in marketing activity from the promoter, such as social media posts and email marketing.
