The promoter is Primesight Ltd (company no. 01847728) whose registered office is at The Met Building, 22 Percy Street, London W1T 2BU.
Entry is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over, except employees (and their families) of Primesight, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or with helping to set up the competition.
The Competition will open at 09:00 on 1st February 2017 (the 'Opening Date') and close at 16:00 on 28th February 2017 (the 'Closing Date') subject to the individual draw entry dates below.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Only one entry per person.
In order to enter the competition entrants must send their name, company name and contact number to email@example.com.
The prize offered is the opportunity for winner(s) to showcase their brand free on one of Primesight's digital 6-sheet screens in either a cinema of their choice or the Glasgow Subway.
The prize must be taken during in-charge period 27 March 2017 to 24 September 2017.
The prize comprises media only. The winner(s) must supply their own advertising copy and any associated production charges must be paid in full prior to the advertising going live.
Winners will be chosen at random. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Entries will not be accepted via any other channel or medium.
Winner(s) will be notified using the information provided by the entrant(s). Following such notification, the winner will be required to cooperate fully and supply advertising information on time.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
Failure to respond and/or provide contact details and advertising information, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
