While the world celebrates International Women’s Day, Primesight has partnered with Dufry and Clinique for a very special campaign at Manchester Airport, featuring a full brand takeover that will be unmissable throughout Departures during the month of March.
As the delivery partner for the Clinique #FindmyID Trinity Partnership, our team has worked tirelessly to bring this fully immersive branding campaign to life. Primesight has delivered a truly immersive consumer experience that follows the passenger journey through Departures; incorporating a mixture of bespoke branding solutions and an unmissable blend of classic and digital media, including the T1 Gateway and Landmark sites.
The campaign has been designed to drive footfall to experiential zones and Biza Tax & Duty Free stores, coinciding with in-store promotional activity and the travel retail exclusive launch.
In addition, and to celebrate IWD, the activation has included a unique transformation of the Arrivals’ luggage hall. Primesight has helped deliver a one-off event to “surprise and delight” returning passengers and international visitors on inbound flights from Beijing, Bombay and New York. Our Baggage Reclaim takeover was an incredibly welcoming site for weary passengers with brightly-coloured luggage belts covered in ambient branding and props, a domination of Primesight’s Digital Arrivals Network and gifts of full-size products providing the ultimate sampling experience.
Passengers travelling through Manchester Airport also discovered a truly immersive Clinique iD experience across the entire site including in Biza stores, with impactful point of sale at all touch points and expert staff on hand to give one to one consultations and beauty advice.
Commenting on the campaign, Krista Suresh, Head of Beauty for Dufry in the UK said: “This is a true trinity partnership between ourselves, Manchester Airport and Clinique and we are delighted to play our part in bringing this airport activation to life. It will create so much excitement and customer engagement for passengers arriving at the airport and for those departing passengers visiting our Biza Tax & Duty Free stores.”
Stephen Turner, Commercial Director at Manchester Airport, said: “This partnership is set to offer something different and unique to our passengers this month, and it is great to work in collaboration with such exciting and high profile brands. We are always looking to offer our customers the very best experience when they travel through Manchester Airport, and this will be very fitting, seeing as it forms part of our wider International Women’s Day activity, and I am sure it will be well received.”
Victoria Nikishina, Client Services Director at Primesight commented; “It is a privilege to work on behalf of Manchester Airport to deliver such innovative solutions for leading global brands. The work carried out with Clinique & Dufry - and the particularly special launch on International Women’s Day – is a great showcase for how we deliver fully immersive, brand-building campaigns in a very unique and special environment.”
