Primesight today announced a magical new opportunity for advertisers to make the most of the festive season through its Call Santa hotline to the big man himself.
From 13 December, the InLinks’ main screens will display directional messaging encouraging consumers to interact with an app on the tablet which allows users to Call Santa directly using the InLinks’ free call service. They’ll hear a pre-recorded message from Santa which gives them the opportunity to leave him a voicemail with their Christmas present wish list.
Advertisers have the opportunity to sponsor the Call Santa content by bookending the creative on the InLinks’ main screens. The content will run across the whole network during the two-week run-up to Christmas, alongside a whole host of other festive-based content such as local events and Christmas facts.
The Call Santa feature can be enjoyed by residents and visitors to the six London boroughs InLink currently serves; Camden, Islington, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Hackney and Hammersmith & Fulham, as well as the second UK city to have InLinks on its streets, Leeds.
Amazon, Barclays and Reese’s are currently running full network campaigns on the InLinks, which have recently reached 144 screens.
James Power, Head of Sales InLinkUK/BT at Primesight, said, "All throughout the year, the InLinks portray seasonally relevant content to consumers. This Christmas is no different with a hotline to Santa himself! This latest feature shows how versatile and innovative the units are and the clever ways advertisers can use them to capture the public's imagination."
