Following the launch of their Christmas Fool TV advert in early November, Argos is now upping the ante with a tactical InLink campaign in shopping hubs around Manchester and London, encouraging shoppers to ‘find the fool’.
By discovering toy fool replicas across the streets of England, consumers are in with a chance of nabbing gift vouchers worth up to £500.
This campaign running Saturday 15th through to Monday 17th December will give shoppers clues as to where they can find the nearest prize in Argos’s nationwide ‘Find the Fool’ campaign, deploying InLink’s excellent proximity in city centre locations.
The Argos campaign will appear next to Primesight and InLinkUK’s festive Call Santa promotion, which allows children (and grown-ups too!) to call Father Christmas free from each InLink and leave a message for the big man himself – a modern take on the tradition of leaving letters for Santa.
Everyone can use the tablet to select the Call Santa function, and with each tablet session on an InLink lasting an average of two and a half minutes, we’re sure consumers will spend plenty of time around the InLinks in the run-up to Christmas – and hopefully bag themselves an Argos gift too.
