Primesight Airports Fly Happy Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter is Primesight Ltd (company no. 01847728) whose registered office is at The Met Building, 22 Percy Street, London W1T 2BU.

Entry is only open to employees of Primesight's client companies (such as advertisers, media agencies and outdoor specialists) who are residents of the UK, aged 18 years or over. Entry is not open to the public. Entry is not open to employees (and their families) of Primesight, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or with helping to set up the competition.

The Competition will open at 11:00 on 10 June 2019 (the 'Opening Date') and close at 17:00 on 14 June 2019 (the 'Closing Date'), subject to each of the individual draw entry times below.

Every day entries will open at 11:00 and close at 17:00. Entries will only be accepted for that day's question. The winner of each day's draw will be announced the following day, except in the case of the final day's draw and the grand prize draw, where the winners will be announced the following week (week commencing Monday 17 June 2019).

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

Only one entry per person per day.

In order to enter the competition entrants must submit their company email address along with their answer to the daily question. Only those entrants who correctly answer each daily question will be eligible to win the daily prize (and have their entry submitted for the grand prize). Only those entrants who submit their details via each day’s Typeform page will be eligible to win.

Entries will not be accepted via any other channel or medium.

Contact details will be used to contact each winner and will be processed in accordance with Primesight’s Privacy Policy 

Every daily entry will count towards entry into the grand prize draw. For example, entrants who correctly answer every question on every day of the competition will receive five entries to the grand prize. 

There are three prizes offered for every day of the competition. Each prize is £150 of vouchers. 

The grand prize is £1000 in vouchers. 

Winners will be chosen at random and there will be one winner from an agency, one from a specialist and one from an advertiser every day. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Winner(s) will be notified using the information provided by the entrant(s). Following such notification, the winner will be required to cooperate fully.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.

Failure to respond and/or provide contact details, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
