03.08.07 - Primesight become the only outdoor contractor with accredited Health & Safety developers

Primesight, the UK’s fastest growing Outdoor contractor, have undertaken a project to train some of their most reliable contractors and internal operational representatives with the necessary Health & Safety qualifications to permit them to work in Petrol Station Forecourt environments. This puts Primesight in an elevated position over other Outdoor contractors being the sole contractor to invest in such worthwhile and essential training.

A large proportion of Primesight’s 6-sheet estate is on Petrol Station forecourts and with these come high-end Health & Safety procedures that must be strictly adhered to during panel development and maintenance. PTF Training Limited is the specialist body set up to provide specific training for the Petroleum Industry. They provided the specific training course required, including areas such as Workplace Safety, Hazard and Risk Control, and Emergency Procedures.

All 18 delegates passed and have been awarded with a Safety Passport – a formally recognised certificate that confirms each of the individuals have attended and passed the requisite course as required by the Petroleum Industry. Due the specialised nature of this work, having trained individuals means that costs can be reduced and effectiveness and efficiency increased, placing Primesight ahead of its competitors.
