The Objective

To provide Thomas Cook Airlines passengers with a positive customer experience by giving them something to smile about right at the start of their journey.

The Strategy

Primesight Airports (formerly Airport Media) worked closely with Thomas Cook Airlines to build a bespoke, unique and individual branding campaign at their check-in to ensure the right start to their customers’ holiday. The bright motivational messages built excitement as well as unmistakably branding the whole area, effectively communicating brand personality.

The Execution

This campaign used bespoke classic branding at the Thomas Cook Airlines check-in area.

The Outcome

As the video shows, this campaign elicited positive customer feedback.
