Careers at Primesight

Employee development is important to us and we are committed to ensuring that employees have every opportunity to develop their career.

All new starters receive an extensive induction to our business, helping them to understand the context of their role and how it contributes to the wider business objectives.

On the first day managers take new starters on a tour around the offices to meet and greet existing employees. A more formal induction takes place after new starters have had a few weeks to settle into their role - representatives from all departments present their function and are available to answer any questions. We also take new starters on a site tour to see our portfolio in real life.

We are firm believers in on-the-job training and empower our employees to make decisions and learn from them. You will always have the support of your team and management, whilst at the same time having the opportunity to make decisions individually.

We also offer a wide range of external training course opportunities for a variety of skills that will support you further in your role.

We support internal movement and staff development by offering promotions where available and by encouraging people to move internally across the different areas of business.

We understand that it is helpful to have a coach who can guide you through certain situations and help with making the right decisions. Coaching is a key part of our overall Learning & Development programme and we constantly support our employees by partnering them with coaches.

Interview Process

What we look for

Throughout the interview process we will be looking for evidence of our values in candidates'€™ professional achievements, personalities and their approach to other aspects of life. Coupling those values with the relevant experience and skills usually means a perfect fit.

What to expect

If we believe your profile and skill set matches the vacancy, we will invite you to come and meet us. Our recruitment process changes according to the vacancy, but the usual process is as follows:

Telephone interview

A brief chat to find more about you and your career history. It is our chance to get to know you better, but also an opportunity for you to ask any initial questions.

1st face-to-face interview

Usually held with your potential line manager as well as a member of our HR team, we are looking to understand your career history and aspirations better and why you would like to join Primesight.

2nd face-to-face interview

Meet additional members of the team (senior management) and complete a set challenge relevant to the role you are applying for.

For sales roles for example, this may be a real-life pitch presented to the interviewers.

Top Interview Tips

The interview is a chance for us to get to know you better, but at the same time an opportunity for you to get to know us. Please ask as many questions as you want to.

Familiarise yourself with Primesight before the interview. Nothing impresses more than thorough and topical business and industry knowledge in the right place and time.

We have a smart casual office dress code, but the interview is your chance to impress.
