Hence, we don’t believe in layers of hierarchy and everyone at Primesight is approachable. This includes our CEO whose office door is literally always open.

We understand how important our people are to our business. We genuinely believe that Primesight is as good as its people are, therefore, we make a point of recruiting people who will be great at their jobs but who are also great members of the wider team.
We also understand the impact of the work environment to our employees’ wellbeing. Our CEO provides a company update every month which is an opportunity to learn about the business performance overall and to ask any questions people have related to the business. Furthermore, we run a ‘Results Are Our Culture Arms’ twice a month. This is a pop up bar in our offices where the whole company gathers together to catch up over few drinks. We organise ‘Results Are Our Culture’ Extravaganzas where each department presents an evening in ‘Results Are Our Culture’ style, from fancy dress and music to food and other activities, the night is an expression of the chosen team’s creativity. We also have a very active social committee who organises regular staff events from pub quizzes to virtual horse racing nights.
Last, but not least, free toast, juice, tea and coffee is available to all employees because we all need a little fuel to keep achieving great results.

Your career at Primesight
Your development is important to us and we are committed to ensuring that you have every opportunity to develop your career. From an induction to internal and external training courses with a variety of benefits to ensure you are rewarded accordingly.
All new starters receive an extensive induction to our business, helping them to understand the context of their role contributing to the wider business objectives.
Everything is ready for new starters before their first day and after meeting up again with the HR team, their managers take them on a tour around the offices and to meet and greet the existing employees. You are guaranteed to get the customary Primesight welcome of friendly smiles and handshakes and whilst you won’t necessarily remember everyone’s names, they will remember you and will be happy to help you to settle in.
A more formal induction takes place after new starters have had a few weeks to settle into their role where all departments present their function and are available to answer any questions on those.
We also take our new starters on a site tour to see our portfolio in real life.
We are firm believers in on-the-job training and truly empower our employees to make decisions and learn from them. You will always have the support of your team and management, whilst at the same time you having individual responsibility to make decisions.
We also offer a wide range of external training course opportunities for a variety of skills that will support you in your role even further.
However, we don’t shy away from the great knowledge we have in house either and regularly organise Primesight Knowledge Academies where all staff members have a possibility present and share their expertise with others.
We support internal movement and our staff development by offering promotions where available and by encouraging people to move internally across the different areas of busness.
We also support our employees’ development by offering support in a variety of other ways, and support studying towards a professional qualification when it benefits both yourself and the business.
We understand that it is helpful to have a coach who can guide you through certain situations and help making the right decisions. Coaching is a key part of our overall Learning & Development programme and constantly support our employees by nominating coaches to them.

What we look for?

Throughout the interview process we will be looking for our values in candidates’ professional achievements and their approach to other aspects of life. Coupling those values with the relevant experience and skills usually means a perfect fit.
What to expect?
If we believe your profile and skill set matches the vacancy, we will invite you to come and meet us. Our recruitment process changes depending on the vacancy, but we have highlighted the way the process usually goes below:
• Telephone interview
This is a brief chat to find more about you and your career history. This is our chance to get to know you better but also an opportunity for you to ask any initial questions.
• 1st face to face interview
This will usually be held with your potential line manager as well as a member of our HR team. At this stage, we are looking to understand your career history and aspirations better and why you would like to join Primesight.
• 2nd face to face interview
The second interview consists of meeting additional members of team (members of senior management for example) and will include a set challenge relevant to the role you are applying for. For sales roles for example, this is a real life pitch presented to the interviewers.
We have a smart casual dress code, but remember that the interview is your chance to impress so please dress accordingly.
